Mr. Secter is currently a member of the Society for Ecological Restoration and the National Association of Recreation Resource Planners and has completed the Landscape Architecture Registration Exams (LARE) Sections A & B. He is a guest lecturer in the Department of Environmental Science at Portland State University, a design studio reviewer and speaker in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Oregon, and is also a volunteer member of the National Parks River and Trails Conservation Assistance Program.

Professional Affiliations

He has also volunteered with the American Society for Landscape Architecture (ASLA) in support of Landscape Architecture professionals providing community service work.  He has received several honors for his work, including the project award from the Canadian Land Reclamation Association and International Society for Ecological Restoration. Mr. Secter has also published a number of articles and papers, and has presented at several environmental conferences in the United States and Canada.
